感谢各位朋友在2011年对ACOUG的支持与帮助，我们在这一年中组织了包括Oracle技术嘉年华、中韩数据库技术交流会等众多活动。而在2012年的伊始，我们非常荣幸的为大家请到了Thomas Kyte及盖国强（Eygle）为大家做面对面的交流。
演讲者介绍：
Thomas Kyte
Tom是Oracle公司的副总裁，也是著名的AskTom网站后面那个回答问题的Tom。Tom是Oracle ACE，也是一位穿梭于世界各地Oracle会议的独具特色的演讲者。他是一位大师。
Thomas (Tom) Kyte (1965 -) is a Vice President at Oracle Corporation, and is the Tom behind the popular asktom website, in which he answers questions from Oracle Developers and DBAs. Tom is also an Oracle ACE, a featured speaker at Oracle conferences around the world and is well respected in the Oracle community.
盖国强（Eygle）
云和恩墨CEO，ACOUG联合创始人，Oracle ACE总监。
盖国强是中国地区最著名的 Oracle技术推广者之一，他的专著《深入解析Oracle》、《循序渐进Oracle》等书籍受到Oracle技术爱好者的广泛好评。Eygle.com是他日常分享Oracle技术心得与生活体验的博客站点，已经坚持更新了8个年头；2009年，盖国强先生创建了恩墨科技，致力于在中国地区提供与推广远程DBA服务。2010年，他与张乐奕先生共同创立了ACOUG（All China Oracle User Group），致力于在中国推广Oracle技术应用。
Eygle is an experienced Oracle technology lecturer, who has spoken at numerous Oracle training events, including Oracle high-level performance Tuning training, SQL tuning curriculum, and backup and recovery training. He is one of the main initiators of ITPUB – China’s largest Oracle technical community. He is also the chief administrator for ITPUB forum in the Oracle Database section. Since 2004, he has published hundreds of Oracle technical articles on his website and has published two books ‘Oracle DBA Best Practices’ and ‘Oracle Database Performance Tuning’. In 2006, his new book ‘Head First Oracle’ was published, and in the same year, Eygle was awarded ‘China 2006 Outstanding Database Engineers’.He is the co-founder of ACOUG.
